Stephen Starks joined Bryan Cave Leighton Peisner’s Sports & Entertainment Group in Washington, D.C. Starks was vice president at Indycar LLC. Brad Nelms was named sales director of audiovisual and entertainment technology company Solotech’s Las Vegas office. L3 Entertainment promoted Cody Villalobos to vice president / artist management. Spectra named David DiSalvo director of sales at the Owensboro (Ky.) Convention Center. DiSalvo was director of sales at the Kalahari Resort in Mount Pocono, Pa. Rick Abramson retired from his full-time job at Delaware North after 54 years there. Abramson was most recently Delaware North’s chief customer officer. Stephen Bedard, president and CEO of Gaillard Management Corp., which manages the Charleston (S.C.) Gaillard Center, will retire in June. CAA Icon promoted Marc Farha and Charlie Thornton to co-CEO.
